6. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments for consultations can be scheduled via our Website or telehealth platform. Please note the following:

Appointments must be scheduled at least (1 days) in advance, Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least (24 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees, Failure to cancel within this time frame or missing an appointment without notice will result in a ($75.00) cancellation charge.


7. Payment & Fees

All fees for Avalana Health’s Services are clearly listed on our Website and are subject to change.

The following terms apply to payment and billing:

Payment for Services is required upfront at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
